  • Build community: I keep sessions small and offer in-person local events so you can connect with women like you. You also get access to our Ashley Olson Fitness app with workout videos and a private group chat.

  • Improve overall well-being: I provide tools like breath work, mobility, nutrition coaching, and recovery methods to help you manage stress and feel better both in and out of the gym.

PRIVATE 1-1 OR 2-1 SESSIONS
1x a week, 1 hour session = $400/month
2x a week, 1 hour session = $760/month
3x a week, 1 hour session = $1080/month
*price based on one or two individuals sharing the same hour
